Hi, we’re the Langs! We've been collectively creating video and photo media of differing styles for over 5 years. The digital memories that we create have always been as a means to hold a moment in time--something you can review for years and years to come.

Your wedding photos will be the way in which you review and look back on your wedding for years to come. You’ll immediately share them online and with others, you’ll look through them again year after year, but most importantly you will have your wedding photos 50 years from now to reminisce about your wedding day, the ceremony, your first kiss, the first dance, and so much more.
A chilly summer morning spent getting ready at home, then traveling to a bright and beautiful ceremony location at Avalon Manor Banquet Center in Merrillville, Indiana, followed by a reception with amazing speeches and tears of laughter, and finally finishing off the night with an epic band, the best cake ever, and tons of dancing—this was Kaycie & Brad’s special day.
Have you and your fiance decided that you want to do a First Look? We’ve talked about what a First Look is, went over some of the Pros and Cons of a first look, and even talked about why we recommend that you should do a First Look on many different blog posts. So now that you’ve hopefully made your decision we have a few tips for getting that perfect First Look moment.
The Binkley family was beautiful. I loved getting to know everyone on this wonderful evening at the Tippecanoe River State Park in Winamac, Indiana. Raelyn (mom) told me that she doesn’t typically purchase school pictures. It is a tradition of theirs’ to hire a photographer every year for amazing pictures that better capture the personality of all of her children, and I was honored that LVP Studios was chosen to be their photographer this year.
During their family session, the Singletons also wanted to celebrate Case’s 1st birthday by documenting a cake smash. They had brought an icing covered blue cake to the session with a C on top for Case. This ornery boy was so ready to dive right into it and brought nothing but smiles and sass to the session. We loved his jeans and suspenders attire (even if all he really wanted to do was just take them off).
Sometimes weddings are the only time that your whole family can get together for a nice dressed up picture. But for most people, family photos probably aren’t what you’re really excited about when it comes to your wedding day. It can seem really overwhelming to get everyone together, smiling, and focused during a wedding day with a strict timeline. However, we’ve got good news for you: family photos on your wedding day do not have to be that thing that you dread! In fact, they can be a total breeze.
A dewy summer afternoon at their church for the ceremony, a lunch with close friends and family, followed by a reception with their fun-loving friends and family at The Barn at Sioux Monti, and then finishing off the night with salsa and chips, cupcakes, and tons of dancing,—this was Katie & Andy’s special day.
Tori & Tyler will be getting married later this year at Ross Camp. We will be doing photos and video at their winter wonderland themed wedding in December and can’t wait for their big day! In the meantime, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to really get to know one another by doing some sunset engagement photos at France Park in Logansport, Indiana.
This couple may look familiar to you. We photographed their engagement session early this summer and will also be filming and photographing their wedding later this year. When they reached out to us again to capture some family photos, we were super excited to get to know their clan even more. This is the future Mr. & Mrs. Singleton, as well as, their children, and their parents—what a bright and colorful bunch!
Your important milestones should be captured with photos and video! If you’re a family who is wanting to commemorate your family’s milestones, then sometimes photos alone aren’t enough to capture the emotion of your ornery boys or the giggles of your new babies. No matter what phase of life your family is currently in, your family will only experience this special time once. Whether your family is growing with one on the way, or your oldest is a graduating high school, we can ensure you that adding video to your family photo session will only enhance the experience. The videos and photos that we create have always been as a means to hold a moment in time–something you can review for years and years to come.
A beautifully sunny afternoon at the most perfect venue, The Willow Creek Barn in Frankfort, Indiana followed by a reception with their fun-loving friends and family, and then finishing off the night with a game of corn hole and plenty of dancing together as husband and wife—this was Michelle & Austin’s special day.
Lately I’ve been going through lots of family photo albums. I have been spending a lot more time at my Grandma’s house going through old shoeboxes full of pictures and albums that are literally falling apart at the seams. But without fail, whenever I go through these images or show them again to someone else, the world seems to light up one notch. Pictures evoke memories! Even if you can’t personally recall the moment, there’s something about a picture that tells a story of a past time that makes you smile no matter what.
Nichole & Zach will be getting married next year on a private residence in May. We are honored to have taken family pictures, newborn pictures, these engagement pictures, and soon wedding pictures and video for this amazing family as they continue to grow. We’ve been able to document their love for each other as well as their two little boys every step of the way.
The LVP Blog is where you get to know us, where you meet our LVP Brides and Families and see their beautiful videos and pictures, where we have been building an archive of resources for you to learn all there is to know about capturing your memories, and where we let you see a peek into our life, our why, our love story, and meet our family too.
We have helped numerous couples, families, new mothers, and more capture their story that they can cherish for a lifetime. We ensure you that we capture the memories of your special day with your legacy in mind. Our job is to contain the essence of what is you and bottle it into a video and photo gallery that can last a lifetime. The videos and photos that we create have always been as a means to hold a moment in time--something you can review for years and years to come.

We are super thrilled to have this office space where we can not only continue to capture pictures of families and little ones into the cold months, but also have a place to meet with potential couples who want to book with us for their upcoming wedding. Our studio is also where we work day in and day out getting everything edited and posted for all of you!
This studio is still a work in progress (and probably always will be), but we're tired of waiting --I just have to show you around! We actually showed a sneak peak to all of our email newsletter subscribers last month, and since then things have continued to change and develop. We will constantly be bettering our studio, but for now, it has become such a great place for photos and for meeting with clients.

Trevor and I are so excited to announce the birth of our second baby boy. Forrest Allen Lang was born on December 8, 2023. We were at the hospital for a routine non-stress test, which I had been doing for a few months because of my gestational diabetes. I knew we would most likely wind up staying in the hospital because I had been having consistent contractions for a few days leading up to this, so Trevor and I packed our bags just in case. As the contractions progressed, the doctor determined we couldn’t leave, and Mr. Forrest was born that evening via planned c-section.
