STEP 1: MEET US FOR COFFEE

THE PROCESS
First and foremost, we value our relationships with clients over everything else. Of course we will deliver beautiful photos and videos, we’ll provide you with endless guides so that you feel comfortable preparing for whatever session you’ve booked, but most importantly, we want to get to know you more and truly become friends for life.
Our memories or major life moments are such an important thing. You don’t want to trust just anyone to document these special moments. Book with someone who you know can do a good job, but also you know has your back, is your friend, and will help you throughout the entire process and beyond.

STEP 1: MEET US FOR COFFEE
The first step is for us to get in touch and meet for coffee. Reach out to us via our website and we will be in touch to set up a time to meet for coffee (or chat virtually). Wedding consultations are first on our list and are totally complimentary to all brides. We'll talk about your big day and how we can help capture every moment.
If we decided that we're a good match and you want to get booking, we'll move on to the next steps where you will receive a tons of helpful information and guides that will walk you through everything you need to know wedding photos & videos!

STEP 2: Engagement session
All of our wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session. Meaning, it's included no matter what! We do this so that we can get to know you and your fiance even more. Also, having an engagement session prior to the big day makes your wedding day flow easier and gives you a preview of what to expect from us on your wedding day. Plus you get some stunning images that celebrate your time as an engaged couple.
You'll typically get over 50 edited photos during the 90 minute session at the location of your choosing.

STEP 3: timeline design & resources
During the whole process we'll be sharing helpful information and keeping in touch about wedding details. This means that you can rest easy knowing we are the experts and will ensure your day runs smoothly.
About two months before your wedding day you'll receive a 25+ page Timeline Guide which will help you understand the flow of the average wedding day. But don't fret--we do all the hard work with your timeline design at a final meeting a few weeks before your wedding! You can sit back and relax because we offer complimentary timeline drafting to help create your perfect wedding day.

STEP 4: it's wedding day!
Yay! Your big day is finally here. On your wedding day we will guide you through everything with ease. You get to sit back, relax, and enjoy your day without having to worry. By booking with LVP Studios you're booking with a friend you can trust to handle it all and make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible while still capturing your day and love in the best way possible. Besides being your wedding photographers and videographers, we are also known as professional dress fluffers, master boutonniere pinners, tissue holders, and so much more! Whatever you need, we're there to help on your special day.

STEP 5: Receive your gallery & videos
Your wedding is over, you're married to the love of your life and your best friend, and now it's time to receive your stunning photos and videos. As you're relaxing on your honeymoon you can expect to see teaser photos posted within a couple of days of your wedding.
After your wedding, you'll receive all of your edited photos and video footage in a very timely manner. We'll also set up a time to reveal your full gallery and final highlight video with you, as well as offer a predesigned heirloom album and access to our print catalog at a discounted price.
