Hi, we’re the Langs! We've been collectively creating video and photo media of differing styles for over 5 years. The digital memories that we create have always been as a means to hold a moment in time--something you can review for years and years to come.

Book with us
Your wedding photos will be the way in which you review and look back on your wedding for years to come. You’ll immediately share them online and with others, you’ll look through them again year after year, but most importantly you will have your wedding photos 50 years from now to reminisce about your wedding day, the ceremony, your first kiss, the first dance, and so much more.
Finding a photographer that will work for you is very important. There are so many amazing photographers out there who do great work, but how do you know who to choose? There are a few questions that you need to be sure to ask every family photographer before you book in order to ensure that you are selecting the right person for you. Pretty pictures are the result, but having a great experience and trusting that you picked the most perfect photographer for your family is extra important too.
Monica & Thad heard about LVP Studios from our good friend, and fellow photographer, Gina. Due to the current global pandemic, these two decided that they would have a ceremony and short cake cutting reception with their closest family and friends, but then plan a larger reception later next year. And with that being said, they suddenly had an urge to film the event to share with everyone else who could not attend their ceremony this year. What a great use of video, and why video is so important on your wedding day.
You’ve spent months to maybe even years planning out the perfect wedding. Some of you may even have had a plan in mind for your wedding day since you were little. Either way, you’ve put a ton of time and energy into planning out your wedding, and you want it to be nothing short of perfect. So naturally, you are going to want all of your photographs and video clips to reflect how much work you’ve put into making this day stunning. That’s where this checklist comes in!! Don’t stress about making sure that you get all of the right photos you need… we’ve got you covered.
Due to COVID, Kathy & Jeff had made the tough decision to post-pone their wedding an entire year. They called their vendors, pushed everything back, and started the count down to being married all over again. However, early Friday afternoon on the one year mark before their big day Kathy called us asking if we could help film their quick elopement at the Swinging Bridge in the Winamac Town Park along the Tippecanoe River. Kathy & Jeff had made a last minute decision to just get married, and do their reception next year.
Alyson & Parker had planned their big day in the midst of restrictions, shut downs, and a global pandemic, but when the day finally came they were simply excited to share their love with their friends and family. They planned their big day at the Teaberry Hill Estates Church in Medaryville, Indiana, their reception scheduled to be at the Jasper County Fairgrounds, and to everyone’s excitement the restrictions were lifted the day of their wedding!
If you’ve inquired with us about booking a wedding or have seen our price guide, then you’ll notice that we offer options for a second shooter. We understand that finding, booking and paying for one shooter is enough work. But before you brush off the idea of multiple photographers as unnecessary, know there are some very valid reasons for having more than one to capture your day. Sometimes it’s hard knowing all on your own whether one is necessary or not, so we’ve put together some quick information about why we personally recommend that a second shooter is always a good idea to add on.
A small intimate wedding ceremony focused on family and friends at France Park in Logansport, Indiana which included the most adorable first look moments, special vows and letters read to each other, and all as the sun set over the beautiful waterfall—this was Emily & Tyler’s special day.
A rescheduled wedding at the most perfect venue, Mustard Seed Gardens in Noblesville, Indiana followed by a reception with their closest friends and family, and then wrapping the night with stunning sunset moments as husband and wife—this was Abby & Ben’s special day.
We’ve posted about The Perfect Wedding Day Timeline, but we understand that sometimes that order of events doesn’t work for everyone, so here’s a breakdown of some important wedding day events to keep in mind as you’re creating your timeline. Be sure to stay aware of these important sections when making your wedding day itinerary.
Get the party poppers ready for another 2020 graduate. We need to be extra celebratory for this years high school and college graduates because we all know they’ve missed out on a lot of the traditional applause. Blake Bailey is my littlest sister (I actually have two sisters that were supposed to graduate this year—see Sara’s pictures here). We’ve been taking Blake’s senior pictures off and on since last summer, and we captured portraits during most of the seasons throughout the year. I’m finally getting around to make a blog post to show all all of her senior portraits… isn’t that just what being the littlest sister is all about, haha!
The First Look. The debated question. To First Look or not to First Look? If you’re not familiar with what a First Look is—it’s a chance for you and your husband to see each other before your official wedding ceremony! It’s that magical moment when your soon-to-be husband first sets eyes on you, the beloved bride, and both your emotions come rushing out. So, do you want to have one or do you want to see each other for the first time as you walk down the aisle? Here are the pros and the cons of a First Look.
Our favorite sessions are always those that are taken in nature. One of our favorite spots is the Tippecanoe River State Park! There are tons of options at the Nature Center, certain trails, and even (carefully) standing in the middle of the road makes for a great shot. But no matter where we take your pictures, it’s always about the smiles, laughter, and love that we can capture of you and your loved ones. Mandy and Coty made this part easy with plenty of giggles, snuggly moments, and sweet kisses.
The LVP Blog is where you get to know us, where you meet our LVP Brides and Families and see their beautiful videos and pictures, where we have been building an archive of resources for you to learn all there is to know about capturing your memories, and where we let you see a peek into our life, our why, our love story, and meet our family too.
We have helped numerous couples, families, new mothers, and more capture their story that they can cherish for a lifetime. We ensure you that we capture the memories of your special day with your legacy in mind. Our job is to contain the essence of what is you and bottle it into a video and photo gallery that can last a lifetime. The videos and photos that we create have always been as a means to hold a moment in time--something you can review for years and years to come.

We are super thrilled to have this office space where we can not only continue to capture pictures of families and little ones into the cold months, but also have a place to meet with potential couples who want to book with us for their upcoming wedding. Our studio is also where we work day in and day out getting everything edited and posted for all of you!
This studio is still a work in progress (and probably always will be), but we're tired of waiting --I just have to show you around! We actually showed a sneak peak to all of our email newsletter subscribers last month, and since then things have continued to change and develop. We will constantly be bettering our studio, but for now, it has become such a great place for photos and for meeting with clients.

Trevor and I are so excited to announce the birth of our second baby boy. Forrest Allen Lang was born on December 8, 2023. We were at the hospital for a routine non-stress test, which I had been doing for a few months because of my gestational diabetes. I knew we would most likely wind up staying in the hospital because I had been having consistent contractions for a few days leading up to this, so Trevor and I packed our bags just in case. As the contractions progressed, the doctor determined we couldn’t leave, and Mr. Forrest was born that evening via planned c-section.
