We may have been getting eaten alive by mosquitos in these photos but you can’t tell because these new parents-to-be look stunning no matter what. Mary & Travis met us at the Tippecanoe River State Park again this year for photos, but this time they’re expecting their first baby very soon!

Jenna & Garrett met us at the Indiana Dunes State Park bright and early one Saturday morning. We got there as soon as the park opened in order to avoid all of the beach goers and enjoy a beautiful sunrise. At LVP Studios we offer photography, videography, and package bundles to all of our couples who are getting married. Some of our bundle and videography packages include an engagement video. This is a great time for us to get to know our couples a bit more, sit down and talk about their story, and learn about what brought them together. It also allows each of our couples the chance to get comfortable in front of the camera in the form of photos and video.

Welcome to the world Hadley Kay Vance. She was born July 15, 2024 weighing 7 lbs 10 oz and 22 inches long. Just like our last newborn session we just did, we love watching previous clients become parents. For Chelsea & Jaycob we’ve seen them from engagement to wedding to anniversary and now mom and dad. Their in-home session was so calming, precious, and relaxed. Hadley was a dream to work with once we got her fed and swaddled up!

This was our FIFTH YEAR taking photos of the Dagenais family. We have literally been able to watch their children grow through these photos and videos. From their daughter as a tiny little baby, to their kids now starting to attend school–time surely does fly by. Just like in years past, we were able to get together for a warm summer session at Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve in Chesterton, Indiana.

Katie & Evan had a perfect wedding day at Promise Lane Barn in Peru, Indiana. Katie started her morning by getting ready with their closest friends and family in the onsite suite while Evan did the same in the barn nearby. They chose not to do a first look, and so the first time they saw each other was when Katie finally walked down the aisle to meet Evan at the end. Katie & Evan continued to celebrated their marriage at their reception by eating good food, cutting a cake, and having a loving first dance together.

Jessica & Kevin shared their vows and became husband and wife this past weekend during a bright and beautiful day at New Journey Farms in Lafayette, Indiana. They started their day by getting ready with their closest friends and family in the onsite suites. They shared an intimate first look moment in their “getting ready outfits” where they also read private letters to each other. They chose to move their ceremony indoors to avoid the heat, so every guest was comfortably waiting for them inside as Jessica walked down the aisle. Jessica & Kevin continued to celebrated their marriage at their reception by eating good food, cutting a cake, and having a loving first dance together.

The Hintz family comes to our studio nearly every year for milestone and family photos of them and their boys. This year we got to celebrate little Dakota turning 6 months old, as well as, Skylar turning 3. It was raining lots during their session, but we thought it’d still be fun to get outside and get some cute photos of the boys under umbrellas.

Welcome to the world Amelia Leigh Thoma. She was born June 27, 2024 at 5:50pm weighing 7 lbs 3 oz. We love watching previous clients become parents–from engagement to wedding to anniversary and now mom and dad, we love that we got to see all the changes for Brittany and Paul. After Amelia’s birth, they shared about her online saying, “So happy to have you with us here & we cannot wait to watch you grow up! But for now we will be soaking in all the newborn snuggles.”

McKenzie & Kristin’s wedding day at Lighthouse Lodge in Monticello, Indiana, started out with a little drizzle but wound up being the best way to kick off pride month for these two beautiful women. They got into their dresses in their separate rooms at the lodge with the help of friends and family before having their first looks under the trees near the lake. Later they walk down the aisle at their outdoor ceremony site and followed up the night with dinner, amazing speeches, and tons of dancing to end their first evening together as an officially married couple.

Madison & Jordan became husband and wife during a beautiful, albeit rainy, day at Blossom Barn in Mulberry, Indiana. They started their day by getting ready with their closest friends and family in the onsite silos turned bride and groom suites. They shared a tear jerking first touch moment around a barn door while holding umbrellas to keep out the rain before reading each other their private vows. Their ceremony was moved indoors, but thankfully Blossom Barn had the most lovely back-up plan set up. Madison & Jordan continued to celebrated their marriage at their reception by eating good food, cutting a cake, and having a loving first dance together. Even when the power went out later that evening they pulled out a bluetooth speaker and continued the party! It will definitely be a wedding we all remember.
