Amber & Bradley got married at Gathering Place at The Old Mill in Twelve Mile, Indiana. Their simple wedding accented with sage green and khaki made this warm spring wedding feel laid back and well suited for this country venue. They both shared in special surprises like Amber’s first look with her dad, and Bradley’s tear-jerking gift from his mom as a tribute to his late father. Then Amber finally got to walk through the barn doors and down the aisle to her awaiting soon-to-be husband. Their ceremony took place at the same location as their reception so guests looked on as they sat at tables surrounding the bridal party where Amber & Bradley exchanged rings, and said “I do” before sealing the entire event with a kiss. We wrapped the night up with a fun-filled reception, sunset photos at their personal property with an old tractor and truck as props, and tons of dancing surrounded by their friends and family.

Their love story…

While Amber and a friend were at dinner one night they noticed a group that kept looking at them. Amber didn’t paid much attention to it at the time though. After their dinner though Amber got a friend request and noticed it was one of the guys from the group. She said, “I ignored it because I was wondering how the heck he got my name.” When Amber arrived to work on Monday, her boss at the time told her one of his friends had asked of her name because they saw her at B-Dubs. So, she added Bradley back on Facebook, and here we are over 5 years later!

When I asked Amber if she could tell us the story of how they got engaged, she said, “Ready for the most romantic proposal you’ll ever hear?!?” One night, Amber & Bradley were picking up dinner. As simple as that moment was he decided to pull a box out of his console and just asked Amber right then and there to marry him! They both would describe themselves as simple people, so while this proposal is without it’s bells and whistles, it was perfect for them. According to Amber, “I wouldn’t want it any other way because then it would not be Bradley if it was any other way.”

A Rustic Wedding

Amber & Bradley tied the knot on a warm Saturday at The Gathering Place at The Old Mill in Twelve Mile, Indiana. Their wedding day was simple, sweet, and perfectly suited for the relaxed, country vibe of the venue. With sage green and khaki accents, every detail felt intentional yet effortless—just like the love they share.

Their day was full of sentimental moments that made it uniquely theirs. Amber shared a heartfelt first look with her dad, and Bradley received a tear-jerking gift from his mom honoring his late father. These emotional touches set the tone for a day filled with love, memory, and connection. One of the most beautiful moments came when Amber walked through the rustic barn doors and down the aisle toward her awaiting groom.

The ceremony took place in the same space as was to be the reception, creating an intimate atmosphere where guests could relax at their tables while witnessing the couple exchange vows and rings. With a kiss to seal the deal, Amber & Bradley officially became husband and wife.

The celebration continued into the evening with heartfelt toasts, non-stop dancing, and a quick golden-hour getaway to their personal property.
