Tori & Tyler | A wedding at Ross Camp in West Lafayette, Indiana

An overcast and wintery wedding at Ross Camp in West Lafayette, Indiana, walking down the aisle in the A-Frame cabin set up with real pine trees and garland covered chairs surrounded by their closest friends and family, proceeding with a touching first look moment, and ending the night with meaningful speeches, good food, the best company, and lots of dancing with all those they cared about—this was Tori & Tyler’s special day.

Forever lovers!

Tori & Tyler met in middle school, at which time Tori says they “were just friends back then.” During her senior year of high-school, and Tyler’s junior year, Tori decided to pull the ‘my friend likes this guy, but doesn’t know how to tell him’ thing. He, very obviously, figured that out which led to them talking and flirting.

Years and years have passed since those moments, and they have finally come to the day in which they get to say “we do” and marry their other half. Tori told us when we first met (over a year ago now!) that she’s “obviously [excited about] marrying the man of my dreams and being a wife and having a husband.” The day for that is here! A Winter Wonderland Wedding.

A brisk winter wedding was the perfect time for these two to get married. We loved the idea of their Winter Wonderland theme with colors like white, silver, light grey, dark grey, and some blues. The best part of the wedding—besides them simply marrying the loves of their lives—was the real pine trees they had freshly cut and displayed at the front of their ceremony site.

Tori & Tyler had reached out to friends in order to get some fresh pine trees to make the venue smell absolutely amazing and make for a beautiful back drop for when they exchanged rings and shared their first kiss as husband and wife. Shortly before their wedding they had quite literally went out to the forest and chopped down these trees. It was so fresh smelling and beautiful!

After their ceremony, Tori & Tyler shared a meal catered by their family and spent the rest of the evening dancing the night away with all of their closest friends. They laughed, played all of their favorite songs, and of course had plenty of fun with those that they cared so deeply about.
