It’s amazing how much can change in just one year! When we last saw Taylor and Zach, they were newlyweds celebrating their wedding day. Fast forward twelve months, and they’ve grown into a family of three with the sweetest little girl. What was originally planned as their complimentary anniversary session quickly turned into the most heartwarming family shoot, and we couldn’t have loved it more.

We’ve had the privilege of walking alongside the Lytles through so many of life’s biggest milestones—from their engagement session, to capturing the joy and excitement of their wedding, to documenting newborn photos, and now their anniversary as brand-new parents. Being invited into each season of their story is such an honor, and it’s one of the best parts of what we do. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching couples grow together, then expand their family and let us keep telling their story through photos.

And speaking of stories, their daughter completely stole the spotlight during this session! She was the happiest, most smiley baby, full of giggles and bright eyes the entire time. Every photo radiated joy because of her, and it made this anniversary shoot all the more memorable. It’s always so special to see the way love multiplies when families grow, and the Lytles are a perfect example of that.

We met up at France Park in Logansport to capture this milestone, and the location could not have been a better choice. The natural beauty of the park combined with the love this little family shares created the most stunning images.
