Mary and Travis Werner met us at the Tippecanoe River State Park just in time for this beautiful tree to really show off all of it’s stunning color. They told us they hadn’t taken professional photos together since their wedding and desperately needed some updated ones. We love seeing young couples doing great things together–it was so fun chatting and getting to know these two.

Couples sessions are a great opportunity for smaller families to get photos together in a way that can document their lives without having a big special event coming up. We see lots of clients for engagements, weddings, maternity, etc. But just getting couples photos done is always a special moment too.

Mary & Travis brought along their pup to make their couple’s photos feel like a family affair. We love our fur babies and know how important they are to others. We encourage clients when they ask to feel free to bring all the dogs, and wrangle up your cats (if possible), lizards?, rabbits?, sure! If you plan to bring your pets though please let us know ahead of time. Also, we would prefer if you could bring a friend or someone to take the pet when we want some shots without them.
