Angelica & Brandon first met their freshmen year of college because they were in the same friend group. Even though they were friends first, they decided to start exploring their relationship more during their senior year. Now they’ve been together for 6 years! They got engaged this past February while on vacation in Jamaica with Angelica’s family. She told us, “It was absolutely beautiful!!”

The perfect fall engagement session

You might notice that we use some of the same locations over and over again. That’s the joy of living in a small town–there’s not always a ton of options unless lots of travel is involved. However, all that being said, we truly love shooting at France Park. We love it because you can get beachy vibes, trail and greenery looks, and stunning cliff sides! It feels like every couple of turns is a new photo opportunity with an entirely different look to it.

We met Angelica & Brandon at France Park on a stunning fall evening. As you can tell from their engagement photos that the lighting was just perfect! It gave them the best glowy look with all of the fall leaves and turning colors around them. We started our session off at my favorite spot: the beachside with tall grassy fronds (which are now turned brown for the fall). After the sun set a little more we traveled up the cliffs to take stunning photos of them on the edge with hazy sun surrounding them. Lastly, we ended their session with classic poses on a nearby bridge and walking path including amazing fall photos under a bright orange tree.

This end of spring wedding at Lizton Lodge in Lizton, Indiana is going to be such a perfect celebration of the love these two share. They’re planning a magically romantic and elegant wedding with some of their favorite colors like: lavender and lilac, light green, and creams with gold accents! They have chosen LVP Studios to document their special day with photo and video! We know that they are counting the days that their family and friends can all get together while they finally say their forever vows.
