There’s nothing better than photographing your friends and their family. I have known the Dicksons since I was in grade school, so seeing them again for photos was such a fun way to reconnect and catch up. After their one hour session we spent at least another 45 minutes just chatting while hanging out at the Tippecanoe River State Park. 

We see Baleigh and her family often for sessions with her son, Leland, but it’s been awhile since they had done something with the entire group. It was great to get together with no only Baleigh, her son, and her partner, but also her parents, brother, and significant others.

Family photos taken regularly can capture changes in our lives. They capture who you are at this point in time. Too often we can forget about our past. We can forget how cute our children were when they were little and before you know it they are off to college or getting married and having children of their own. It is important to document their growth and how our families have changed. I’m so glad we were able to do this for the Huber Family.
