Emily & Trey started their wedding day by getting ready privately before heading to their ceremony venue at Valle Vista Golf Club and Conference Center in Greenwood, Indiana. They shared a special first look moment on the front portico and afterwards declared their vows to one another too. Then their ceremony was beautiful and included a horse drawn carriage, golf cart limousines, and a bubble get-away send off directly into their reception. In the classically decorated reception hall, they continued to celebrated their marriage by cutting a cake, eating good food, listening to amazing speeches, and dancing the night away as husband and wife.

Their families go way back

When we originally met with Emily & Trey months before their wedding date we chatted about their love story and how they met. Emily told us, “We met through Trey’s sister in law. I was teaching across the hall from her and she knew we would be great together!” They also mentioned that their families go way back, which makes it all seem so meant to be!

Our first time seeing Emily & Trey in person after our virtual coffee chat when they first booked was during their engagement session. You might remember them as this was one of my favorite sessions of 2022!! We would have never thought to suggest the Indiana Dunes during the fall, but it’s been on the top of my list from then on!! Our first time photographing at the Valle Vista

Many years ago I attended a wedding at Valle Vista as a guest, but never had I had the opportunity to come here for work and photograph an event. I was so in love with this venue as a guest all of those years back and it did not disappoint as a vendor either. When your expectations of a venue can be met with amazing quality even behind the scenes then you know that your venue is a good one! That’s how I felt about Valle Vista.

Emily & Trey’s wedding day started by getting ready at a hotel nearby before traveling to Valle Vista to start their festivities. The girls popped champagne before slipping into Emily’s gorgeous gown while Trey was putting on the finishing touches of his suite with all of his best friends. Afterwards, they shared a special first look moment on the front portico and read their vows to one another too.

Their ceremony to follow was beautiful and included a horse drawn carriage for their flower girls as well as their get away vehicle, golf cart limousines for their bridal party, and a bubble send off. After their ceremony and tons of time for pictures they all met for their reception in one of the classically decorated halls just up the stairs, they continued to celebrated their marriage by cutting a cake, eating good food, listening to amazing speeches, and dancing the night away as husband and wife.
