We're Trevor & Danyell--Northern Indiana's Wedding and Family Photography & Videography team. We focus on documenting your joyful, authentic, and timeless memories.
An overcast fall day spent getting ready with their bridal party at NV Salon before their special first look moment followed by an even more beautiful and indoor wedding at Meadow Springs in Francesville, Indiana, decorated with black draper, pampas grass, and elegant greenery. Then they finished off the evening at their reception with best friends and family celebrating their first night together as husband and wife with fireworks—this was Tricia & Logan’s special day.
He moved across the country for her
We previously told this story during their engagement session; however, I can’t stop thinking about how easy it was to spend time with Tricia & Logan and learn about their story. Getting to know them felt like simply chatting with old friends. We laughed during their engagement session and all throughout their wedding too.
During their engagement session we got to learn a bit more about their love story—They told us “we met at a friend’s house in Ohio and the rest was history. Four months later he was moving to Indiana to be with me. We have been together for almost 3 years.” So, after moving across state lines together back to Indiana, they both knew that it was meant to be forever. In September of 2020, Tricia & Logan took a trip to Colorado, which is one of their favorite places. Logan was finally able to ask the big question and proposed to Tricia while we were out there. You can read more about their story and view their engagement photos here.
An elegant and black Halloween-eve wedding
Tricia & Logan’s wedding took place the day before Halloween. We loved their black and elegant theme with lots of greenery, and of course, those traditional fall vibes sprinkled in. One fun thing that they did was have their bridal party wear fun masquerade style masks. We took a few photos like this and they also did their grand entrance to their reception with them on.
Before their ceremony Tricia & Logan shared a first look alone. The First Look is an amazing part of any wedding day! It is when you and your soon-to-be spouse will get to see each other for the first time and you will get to have that moment captured in your portraits and video. It’s typically a private moment, away from guests and family, where you both can see each other for the first time. It’s different than the walk down the aisle, it’s a chance to see your lover, your best friend, your everything before the ceremony even begins. We wrote this blog post here about why we love when our couples do a first look.
After their first look, Tricia & Logan were able to get almost all of their photos done before the ceremony. Then they walked down the aisle, said their “I do’s,” and could relax the rest of the evening as husband and wife. They ended their night with a fun fireworks show that lit up the sky.
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Mullenix!
Tricia & Logan, we are so glad that you entrusted LVP Studios to capture your wedding day with photo and video. It was such a beautiful wedding day, and we are so very thankful that we got to be a part of memorializing your love for one another. We truly enjoyed being your wedding photographer and videographer. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Harretos! We hope you love your photos and this highlight film from your wedding.
Absolutely amazing pictures and videos! So happy that you were there to capture this day for my son and my beautiful daughter in law!
Hey Mindy! Thank you. It was nice chatting with you at their wedding, and I’m so glad you like their finished photos and video.
