At LVP Studios we are open to any location! We have a few select spots that we love to shoot at, but in the end, you and your family can choose whatever is best for you. When Nicole first reached out about booking a possible family session, she had wanted to do something by their pond near their home. Unfortunately, plans for the whole family fell through, but we still made the best of it by getting fun and unforgettable pictures of her two little boys.

Some might be disappointed, or even cancel, if plans for the whole family photo session couldn’t happen. But not Nicole, she decided that taking pictures of her boys was so special no matter what, and we continued with the session anyways. As I mentioned in our “5 Reasons to get Family Photos Every Year” blog post, you don’t remember dates or times you remember moments. You remember fun things you do on certain days or important times when something life changing happens. You may not remember what happened last Thursday, but you remember moments like when your kid learned to ride a bike for the first time or when your spouse asked you to marry them.

Capturing family photos every year may not necessarily mean capturing these precise moments as they occur, but having the family photos can evoke thoughts and memories. And that’s exactly what fun lifestyle sessions like this one can document for families. Having posed family portraits are great and all, but having some fun lifestyle shots of your little ones in action will truly make you remember those moments years down the road.
